From 2014/2015 to 2017/2018, the number of holiday houses' transactions in tourist locations in Italy increased. According to the data, in 2017/2018 holiday houses' transactions in lakeside locations in Italy experienced the highest increase. Indeed, they rose by 7.6 percent compared to the previous year. Overall, in 2017/2018 holiday houses' transactions in Italian tourists locations increased by 6.1 percent compared to 2016/2017.
