French shoppers opinion about online content and product personalization 2019
The statistic represents the opinion French shoppers have on personalized products and services, offered by e-commerce sites in 2019. Looking at the statistic, 38 percent of the respondents argued that the products and offers they recieved were not tailored enough to their personal needs. Concerning the price, 68 percent affirmed that the prices should remain the same as standarized products. In order to get more personalized content, 30 percent of the French sample was ready share their personal data with brands.
