Distance education setup possibilities Russia 2020

In 2020, 47 percent of Russians who considered themselves coming from a low-income household stated that they did not have essential resources to set up a workplace for distance education. By comparison, nearly one quarter of the surveyed high-income audience agreed to the same statement.
