Digital commerce channels B2C health and beauty invested in worldwide 2022
In 2022, global business-to-consumer (B2C) health and beauty companies invested in various digital commerce channels. Social media was the preferred digital channel to invest in, with a share of 66 percent of respondents, with websites being invested in by 65 percent of respondents. A little less than 60 percent of respondents stated they invest in third-party marketplaces.
