This statistic illustrates the level of support for joining the euro area according to the population of Bulgaria from April 2017 to May 2020. It can be seen that 12 percent of respondents were very much in favor of introducing the euro to the country as of 2020. Although this was the case, a total of 50 percent of respondents were either rather or very much against the introduction of the euro in Bulgaria as of 2020.
