This chart presents results from an online survey conducted in Great Britain in October 2016 on whether the governance of the country will improve once Britain leaves the EU, by Brexit vote. The overwhelming majority of those who voted 'Leave' perceived that the manner in which Britain is governed will improve. By contrast, almost 80 percent of 'Remain' voters believed that governance will stay the same or get worse outside of the EU.
When Britain leaves the European Union, do you think the laws passed by Parliament and the way we are governed will be better or worse, or stay much the same?
