The number of students enrolled in basic and secondary education in Colombia amounted to around 9.7 million in 2022. Of them, nearly 4.7 million were enrolled in lower or upper secondary school. The amount of children enrolled in primary schools reached approximately 4.07 million, which had also the larger share of students.
