African Millennials video entertainment consumption 2017, by type
This statistic shows the share of Millennials accessing video entertainment in selected countries in Africa as of February 2017. The data shows that just 1.8 percent of Millennials in Kenya access video entertainment in the cinema, compared to 27.1 percent who did so via buying DVDs and 25.7 percent using pay TV. Conversely, in Uganda just 6.9 percent of Millennials accessed video via a pay TV provider, instead relying on online downloads.
