This statistic shows the voter turnout for presidential elections that took place in Ukraine since the country became independent in 1991 after the collapse of the Soviet Union. The largest share of the Ukrainian population, or 84.2 percent, voted in the first national election of 1991. The lowest turnout of 59.48 percent was observed in the extraordinary election of 2014. In the most recent election of 2019, 62.09 percent of Ukrainians cast their vote.
