Weekly consumer spending change in discount stores in the U.S. 2021
In the United States, consumer spending in discount stores decreased by sevent percent in the week ending on July 18, 2021 compared to the same week in 2020. Since January 3, 2021 the yearly change fluctuated, if compared to the previous year. However, consumer spending registered 38 percent growth when compared to the pre-pandemic levels, in the same period in 2019.
