Social media use for brand research in Latin America 2021, by country
In the third quarter of 2021, nearly two-thirds (65 percent) of internet users in Colombia used social media as their primary source of information when researching brands. Of the selected Latin American countries, Argentina ranked second, with just over 64 percent of respondents using these platforms to find brands. Finally, around 63 percent of Mexicans and 62.5 percent of Brazilians used this channel for the same purpose.
