Main digital commerce channels B2C companies invested in in Canada 2022
In Canada, over two-thirds (70 percent) of business-to-consumer (B2C) organizations invest in a company website for commercial purposes, a higher proportion than for any other digital channel. Point-of-sale infrastructure was also a popular investment, invested in by 60 percent of these companies in the North American country.
