Projected share of obese adults APAC 2035, by country
The share of obese adults in New Zealand was projected to account for 49 percent of the country's population by 2035. Singapore, Japan, and Vietnam were projected to have the lowest obesity rates in the Asia-Pacific region, with obese adults in each of the countries set to account for less than ten percent of their total populations in 2035.
