PM10 emissions in the European Union (EU-27) 2000-2021, by member state
Poland was the biggest contributor to PM10 emissions in the European Union in 2021, with 388 thousand metric tons. The high PM10 concentrations in Poland can be attributed to the country's use of coal power. Most EU member states have experienced considerable reductions in PM10 emissions since 2000.
