Business Development Manager - Benelux

What you do
- Sales in the Benelux market: Bringing in new business and further developing our B2B customer base in all company sizes (from SME to internationally operating companies)
- Hunter mindset, proactively chasing new business opportunities
- Create and share new sales campaigns within our growing team
- Working with customers throughout the sales cycle
- Achieving high sales volume through high-level interactions: Directors, VPs and C-level
- Maintaining our existing B2B customers and achieving up- or cross-sell
- Approach potential clients for presentations and set up online meetings or visit clients where possible (occasional travel required)
- Consistently meet individual quarterly sales targets
Who you are
- Minimum 3 years direct sales experience, preferably selling digital products/services, online solutions or software/SaaS
- MUST-Have: Experience in outbound B2B sales and in acquiring new business
- Competitive sales character with a desire to win
- Outgoing, smart and professional character with the ability to put yourself in the customer's position
- Excellent command of English, Dutch is appreciated but not mandatory
- Able to negotiate on multiple levels, incl. purchasing and management level
- Willing to undertake business trips
- The desire to be part of a fast growing company
- This is a full-time position, preferably based in the Amsterdam region
