What you do
- Strategic planning and further development of the global sales organization of Statista R
- Responsibility for the areas: Processes & Structures, Sales Tech, Analyses & Reports and Leads Management
- Processes & Structures: Development/further development and global implementation of structures and processes, project management
- Sales Tech: CRM management and support in the further development of Salesforce and email campaign tools
- Analyses & Reports: Sales planning and targets, forecasting, pipeline management, potential analyses, support for quantitative sales management, targeted expansion of relevant figures and KPIs
- Medium-term development of a team for the above-mentioned topics
Who you are
- 4-7 years of professional experience (management consulting, sales, sales operations, account management, data analysis, product/project management, agencies with a focus on digital business processes)
- Completed studies
- Analytical understanding and experience with KPI-based management
- Process oriented and interested in IT
- Experience in project management / project control
- CRM and sales management
- Experience with planning and forecasting processes
- Excellent German and English
- Desirable: Team leadership experience
- Not afraid of global travel and communication
