What you do
- Project Management Excellence:
- Lead project management initiatives for our global Revenue Department, aka our Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams across 13 global offices
- Analyze project requirements, create and supervise comprehensive timelines, and ensure seamless coordination with teams and stakeholders
- Drive project success by establishing clear targets, monitoring progress, and ensuring all goals are achieved on time
- Process Optimization and Implementation:
- Enhance and actively design the optimization of global processes to drive efficiency and productivity within the department as well as with other departments such as Product, HR, and Finance.
- Work closely with the Revenue Tech Team to translate business requirements into technical implementations, primarily focusing on Salesforce
- Take ownership of our department’s software tool contracts, ensuring seamless operation and optimal utilization
- Day-to-Day Support:
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth operation of the Revenue Department
- Support with ad-hoc research, preparation of presentations for all-hands meetings, and other critical tasks as required
- Act as a key liaison with the HR department, providing support and expertise to enhance HR processes
Who you are
- You hold a master’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Ideally, you have practical experience in project management, preferably within the digital sector
- You are an exceptional communicator and excel at building strong relationships with people at all levels
- Time management and stakeholder management are second nature to you, and you are a talented organizer
- You are a proactive learner who enjoys mastering unfamiliar subject areas
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- You are proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- You are fluent in both English and German
