Reasons for online shopping decrease COVID-19 pandemic South Korea 2020, by age group
According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, around 67.7 percent of respondents aged between 45 and 55 years stated that their online purchases decreased during the COVID-19 pandemic because they have been affected by the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and tried to reduce unnecessary expense. The same survey found that around 57.4 percent of surveyed purchased more online during the pandemic.
