Most complained about online retailers in Peru 2020-2021
On March 15, 2020, the government of Peru declared state of national emergency and obligatory social isolation as a response to prevent the spread of COVID-19 across the country. From March 2020 to March 2021, a total of 12,313 complaints on purchases made on Saga Falabella's marketplace were registered by Peru's National Institute for the Defense of Free Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi, as abbreviated in Spanish).
