Twitter brand index score India 2021, by generation
According to the social media survey conducted across India between December 2020 and January 2021, Twitter had a brand index score of about 18.2 amongst other social media brands. The brand index score is a composite metric derived as an average of impression, quality, value, reputation, satisfaction and recommended scores of the brands. Twitter, the social networking platform seemed to be preferred more by Millennials with a score of 20.4 in that time period.
