YoY change in food and beverage sales during COVID-19 Singapore 2020
In 2020, sales for the food and beverage segment in Singapore decreased by 26 percent year-on-year (YoY). Between mid-March and mid-June in 2020, Singapore implemented a comprehensive lockdown, called the 'circuit breaker' (CB), to curb the spread of the COVID-19 infection. During this period, the year-on-year change in food and beverage sales was -51 percent.
