Italy: opinions about the pharmacy of the future in 2017

This chart shows the results of a survey conducted in Italy in 2017 to collect people's opinion about the kind of pharmacy they would like to have in the future. The respondents had to choose among seven kinds of pharmacies. According to the figure, the respondents rated most of the model proposed with a value from 7.8 to 8.3. The most rated patterns were Multifunctional and Pick and Pay pharmacies. On the contrary, pharmacy as Superstore and Cybernetic pharmacy got the lowest rates.

**Pick&Pay Pharmacy: a pharmacy able to guarantee efficiency and speed, avoiding unnecessary waiting time for customers. It allows you to place your order online and pass at any time to collect the product purchased, without having to queue. The pharmacy is also equipped with a self-accessible area 24h per day and seven days per week, with an automatic counter equipped with an optical reader, which can scan the recipe and directly dispense the drug prescribed by the doctor.
