Frequency of online order returns in the U.S. 2022
A 2022 survey revealed that more than half (54 percent) of U.S. consumers made a return less than 10 percent of the times they shopped online. In addition, the survey revealed that nearly a quarter (22 percent) of respondents stated that they have never returned an e-commerce purchase.
