Change in customer experience score of brands in the UK 2016-2017, by sector
This statistic presents the percentage change in the Customer Experience Excellence (CEE) score of brands in the United Kingdom (UK) from 2016 to 2017, by sector. Figures are based on the results of surveys of UK consumers conducted in July 2016 and July 2017. Over the time period observed, all sectors saw a decline in their respective customer experience score. The largest decrease was experienced in the logistics sector, where customer experience fell by 6 percent on the previous year.
