PayU online payments distribution in Colombia 2019-2020, by method
In 2019, more than half (52.4 percent) of online transactions made via PayU in Colombia were paid by credit card. Pagos Seguros En Línea (PSE), which allows users to pay directly from their bank account in real time and without a credit card, accounted for 24.7 percent of all e-commerce payments made through PayU in that year, a share that is set to increase to nearly 37 percent in 2020.
