Share of museums sending newsletter in Italy 2019
In 2019, most Italian museums sent newsletters regarding updates on activities and events. According to the study by Osservatori Digital Innovation, museums sending newsletters accounted for 86 percent of all Italian institutions involved in the survey. Specifically, 62 percent of museums sending newsletters, just sent standard emails. Moreover, 14 percent of these institutions also customized their newsletters according to the client.
