Defense expenditure as a share of real government spending Myanmar 2013-2021
In 2021, the defense expenditure in Myanmar amounted to approximately 20.7 percent of the country's real government spending. This was a significant decrease from 2014, in which the expenditure on defense by the government of Myanmar equaled to approximately 26.3 percent of the total government spending.
