Concerns regarding online shopping in France 2004-2018
This statistic shows the perceived obstacles concerning online shopping in France from 2004 to 2018. It appears that the french point of view on online shopping has evolved. In 2004, almost half of them declared that payment security was not assured when shopping online, whereas less than a third declared so in 2017. Likewise, the percentage of respondents having no hesitation to shop online rose from 11 to 18 percent during this time period.
