Opinion of B2B professionals on the relevance of social media posts in France in 2020
As the presence of brands and businesses on social media is increasing, the source had asked several B2B professionals to give their opinion on the usefulness of brand posts and if they gave enough incentives to trigger the will to purchase. Over the years, the opinions of B2B representatives was quite stable with about 38 percent of respondents supporting the usefulness of social posts in 2018, growing by two percent in 2019, before falling by one percent in 2020.
