Customer needs for improved health insurance products India 2020 by feature
In a survey conducted in 2020 in India, the share of respondents who expressed a need for improvements in insurance features such as cashless facility and range of illnesses covered were the highest with 43 and 41 percent respectively. Some of the other features on the list for potential for improvement were affordable premium amounts with wider coverage on ailments along with relaxation of pre-existing illnesses.
