Cost per ad impression India 2022, by influencer tier
In 2022, advertisers and marketers in India spent around 10.5 rupees per ad impression on average for elite influencers who had over 10 million followers but the lowest rate of engagement. Comparatively, micro-influencers had a cost per impression of slightly over six rupees and a much higher engagement rate. However, the latter's low ease of discoverability was a drawback.
