This statistic shows the results of a 2016 survey in which respondents in the United Kingdom (UK) were asked if they use mobiles at various points in the process of buying Christmas gifts. Respondents were also asked if they consider mobile to be the most important device in each purchase step. Among those surveyed, 76 percent use mobiles to search online for deals and stores and 65 percent see them as the most important devices in this process.
