United Kingdom general election results 2010

This statistic shows the result of the UK general election in 2010. The Conservative party won the most seats. This was, however, not enough to govern with an outright majority. As a result, a coalition was formed with the Liberal Democrats on 11 May 2010. The biggest losers were the Labour party: having been in outright power prior to the election, the party lost a total of 90 seats in 2010.
